- Identify new business opportunities, pursue leads, and expand the customer base.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers and partners effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and prospects.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Gather and provide market feedback and competitive intelligence.
- Work closely with technical and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in marine communication and navigation equipment or related fields.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the marine industry and the European market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally internationally.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other European language.
