Located in Dubai Investments Park, the new infrastructure offers a number of advantages as compared to the previous office including double the space, enhanced communications and a central UAE location including a shortened delivery time to Jebel Ali seaport.

The new office consists of a 100,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility which offers comfortable and ergonomic work space and modern work stations for the 150 plus workforce. Elcome consistently works on the improvement of its internal processes, technology and value addition to ultimately benefit customers and partners.

Facilities include meeting rooms for customers, a large conference room, a spacious training room for customers, a 4,200 square foot life raft service centre, a 5,000 square foot NavCom service centre, and 10,000 square foot stores. The heightened awareness of its cost responsibility to its clients means that Elcome increasingly employs advanced technology to influence its business favorably. A state of the art IT infrastructure and a “green” lighting technology all contribute to this.

“I am very proud of our new corporate facility and its potential to meet the current and future expansion requirements of the company. It is truly a reflection of the business competencies and flexibility of Elcome to provide solutions and services to meet the specific needs of each and every Elcome customer and associate”. Mr. K. S. Grewal, Managing Director of Elcome International LLC said.

This building was specifically designed for Elcome by a leading architecture firm who has created a preeminent environment while keeping our corporate responsibilities and objectives to go as green as possible.

Mr. Jimmy K Grewal, Executive Director of Elcome said “The modern architecture of the building utilizes natural lights abundantly, thus the need for power arises only during low light conditions and at night. The automation, security and safety systems deployed by us, completely control the office and facilitate increased efficiency and work atmosphere”.
